This northern saw whet owl has made many appearances in our Calgary, AB backyard over the past 2 1/2 years. We are pleased to have the natural mouse control as well as an amazing educational wildlife experience for ourselves and our children. Living very close to Fish Creek Provincial Park has given us countless encounters with a variety of wildlife in an urban environment. All wildlife is viewed and photographed from inside of our home as part of our educational experience has been to teach our children to never interfere with wildlife.
